The Secretary keeps and maintains records of the several types of Club memberships and the minutes of all meetings of the membership and the Board of Directors. The Secretary is also responsible for timely notification of the membership of called meetings and conducting correspondence as prescribed by the Board.

Cindy along with her husband, Sean, and daughter, Justine, have lived in Lakewood Ranch since 1999.  They joined the Club in 2007 and have been active members.  Cindy has served on the Entertainment Committee for the past four years, the Boat Parade Committee, was Secretary of the Great Mates for 2011-12, was co-chair of the Decorating Committee for the Great Mates Outreach Fundraising Events for several years, and has assisted Sean with teaching scuba diving lessons at the Club.
